How to Reset/Forgot ABSA Online Banking Password

1. Log in to Absa Online
2. Enter your access account number, PIN number, user number and click ‘Proceed’
3. If you have forgotten your password or if your password is blocked, click ‘Forgot your password’
4. Surecheck/RVN will be delivered to the cell phone number on our records
5. Confirm the transaction as instructed in the message sent to your cell phone
6. Read the password rules, enter a new password (which you’ll be asked to confirm), then click ‘Next’ to proceed
7. Your password will now be changed and you should be able to log in to Absa Online
