How to get a Finance Trust Bank Account Statement Online in Uganda
Customers of Finance Trust Bank can access account statements by dialing the Trust Mobile USSD shortcode *224# or by checking the balance on the Finance Trust Bank mobile App. To access this service, the customer must have registered for Trust mobile banking, regardless of which method they prefer.

Use USSD Shortcode
This is an alternative method that favors all phone types (smartphones and feature phones). To get started, launch the phone dialer and follow the prompts as listed below to view your FTB account statement;
1. Dial *224# and tap the call button.
2. Next, you will be prompted to enter your mobile banking pin. Click Reply/press the Okay button, enter the Trust Mobile pin as prompted then press the send button.
3. Choose a number that corresponds to the “Statement” option.
4. Select the account whose statement you want to know. If you have one account, select option 1.
5. The account statement will appear on the screen.
Use Finance Trust Bank Mobile App
This method will require the individual to download and install the app from Google Play Store. After successful download, follow the steps below to request the account statement.
1. Launch the Finance Trust Bank mobile app on your device.
2. Click on Login and log in with the required login credentials.
3. On the Main Menu page, select the Accounts option.
4. A list of all the attached FTB accounts will be displayed.
5. Tap on the account whose statement you would like to view.
6. Then from the drop-down menu, select the “Mini Statements” option.
7. Alternatively, you can click on Transactions, select frequency (7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 180 days or click on the view statement option.
8. The FTB account statement will appear on your phone screen.
