The Tropical Bank USSD shortcode can be used on any phone type (smartphone and feature phone), but there are charges. To begin, launch the dialer app on your device and follow the steps outlined below to view your bank account statements.
1. Dial *214# and click on the call button.
2. Enter Tropical bank mobile banking pin as prompted.
3. Choose the option that corresponds to “Mini Statement“.
4. Select an account whose statement you want to view.
5. The account statement will be displayed on the phone screen.
